Welcome to FanFavoriteVote.com (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, purchasing votes, or hosting an event through us, you (“you”, “Organizer”, or “Voter”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

FanFavoriteVote.com creates and hosts online “Fan Favorite” voting pages for events such as pageants, festivals, and competitions. We manage setup, payment collection, and reporting, and we provide net proceeds to event organizers per our agreed terms.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete contestant names, categories, and images.

  • Confirm you have all rights and permissions for materials provided to us.

  • Approve the draft voting page within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Promote your event using the correct voting link.

  • Refrain from conduct that could mislead voters or encourage fraudulent voting.

3. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, decline, or discontinue services to any individual or organization. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • Concerns about the organization’s reputation, conduct, or alignment with our values.

  • Events or contests that are not open to lawful public participation where legally required.

  • Suspected or confirmed violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

  • Any circumstance where, in our judgment, providing service could harm our business, brand, or relationships.

If we choose to refuse or discontinue service after setup has begun, applicable cancellation fees will apply, and all outstanding balances must be settled.

4. Voting Rules

  • All votes are final and nonrefundable.

  • Votes are for the purpose of determining a “Fan Favorite” recognition only and do not guarantee any other competition outcome unless stated by the Organizer.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious voting activity may be investigated and removed at our discretion.

5. Pricing, Commission & Fees

  • Vote prices are set before the event launches.

  • Our commission is 10% of total gross sales, capped at $1,999.

  • If total sales exceed $20,000, the commission remains $1,999 and only processing fees apply: 4% of the sale amount + $0.30 per transaction.

  • We remit payouts to Organizers via PayPal, Zelle, or check within 7 business days after the event closes, unless delayed for fraud review or chargeback risk.

6. Cancellation

  • If an Organizer cancels before we begin setup, no fee applies.

  • If an Organizer cancels after setup begins, a $150 cancellation fee applies.

  • If an Organizer ends an event early, no refunds will be issued to voters.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and designs created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Organizers grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use event names, contestant names, and images solely for the purpose of hosting and promoting the Fan Favorite vote.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from your use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

9. Indemnification

Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FanFavoriteVote.com from any claims, damages, or expenses related to the event, including intellectual property disputes and voting results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
