REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

For Voters:

• All votes are final and nonrefundable.

• If you make a mistake while voting, we cannot reverse or refund the transaction.

For Organizers:

• If you cancel before setup begins: No fee.

• If you cancel after setup begins but before voting opens: $150 cancellation fee.

• If you cancel after voting begins: No refunds to voters, and commission/fees still apply to all sales.
