Voting Options (choose one):
Option 01 – Standard: Same price for entire voting window.
Option 02 – Half-Price Midway (1-2-3 days): Double votes for the same cost in the middle of voting schedule.
Option 03 – Power Play (final 3 days): Price increases each day (e.g., $2 → $3 → $4 → $5).
Option 04 – for Voting Schedules lasting at least 10-Days: Days 1–3/4 & 7 standard; Days 4/5/6 half-price; Days 8–10 power play.
Pricing & Commission
Commission: 10% of total gross sales, capped at $1,999.
If total sales exceed $20,000, commission remains $1,999 and only processing fees apply: 4% of the sale amount + $0.30 per transaction.
No setup fee in most cases. If you cancel after we begin building your page, a $150 cancellation fee applies.
How It Works (detailed)
Submit the Organizer Survey (date/time, options, categories, payout details, URL).
Upload contestant names & images using our file link (follow file-name format).
Preview & Approve: We send your draft page; you have 24 hours to confirm spelling/order/images.
Go Live & Promote: Use our ready-made promo posts and send your custom URL.
Get Updates: Every 3 days during the vote; daily in the final 72 hours.
Close & Payout: We reconcile, deduct commission/fees per terms, and send net proceeds within 7 business days.
FAQs
Q: Can we show a running leaderboard?
A: We recommend sharing curated updates for fairness. We provide organizer updates on schedule (every 3 days; daily in final 72 hours).
Q: What file specs for contestant photos?
A: 1:1 or 4:5 crop preferred, JPG/PNG, 1200px minimum on the short side, under 2MB if possible.
Q: Can we add/change contestants mid-vote?
A: Only before the page goes live. After launch, changes are limited to clear errors (typo, wrong image) at our discretion.
Q: What payment methods can fans use?
A: Standard credit/debit and PayPal. Organizers receive proceeds by PayPal, Zelle, or check.
Q: Refund policy?
A: All votes are final and nonrefundable.
